Winter Deer Pellets
Sgt Dan Winter Deer PELLETS are formulated to support metabolisable energy intake in deer over winter. Produced using a combination of New Zealand grown grains and palm kernel meal as well as added macro and trace minerals, Sgt Dan Winter Deer PELLETS provide a cost effective alternative to low quality forages for deer supplementation over winter. Manufactured as a 10mm pellet, the Sgt Dan Winter Deer PELLETS are ideal for
feeding out in troughs or on the ground.
When fed at 250g per head per day this diet provides 30mg zinc, 9mg copper, 0.35mg iodine, 0.2mg cobalt, 0.2mg selenium, vitamins A, D3 and E.

Recommended Feeding Rate
Feed between 200 – 500g per head per day depending on the type, sex, size and age of deer, expected performance and forage availability and quality. Feed Sgt Dan Winter Deer Pellets in conjunction with ad lib pasture or silage, introducing the nuts gradually and building up to target feed intakes over one to two weeks.
