How much should I feed?
Old Mill Horse and Pony pellets should be fed according to the weight, body condition and the workload of the horse. The amount of feed required will also depend on the quality and quantity of forage provided. These rates are a guide only.
How Should I Feed Horse and Pony Pellets?
– Old Mill Horse and Pony Pellets are made to compliment available forage.
– Always allow access to a good quality forage with an expected forage intake og 1.5 to 2% of the bodyweight of the horse each day.
– Feed small amounts often (e.g. 2-3 meals a day) to avoid digestive upsets.
– Always introduce new feeds gradually.
– Ensure clean fresh water is available at all times.
Ingredients
All Old Mill Feeds are made with non- GE grains and protein meals.
Wheat, barley, canola meal, peas, molasses, limestone, salt, dicalcium phosphate, magnesium oxide, bentonite, mould inhibitor, enzymes, vitamins and minerals.
