Sgt Dan Premo Calf Meal is a premium calf meal containing a blend of cereals and quality protein meals that have been selected for their high feed value.

This calf meal contains comprehensive vitamin and mineral supplements. The coccidiostat Bovatec® are also included to enhance the development of the immune system and as an aid in the control of coccidiosis.

For Animal Treatment Only: Contains 90mg/kg Lasalocid (As 450mg/kg Bovatec® 20% A9679) as an aid in the control of coccidiosis caused by Eimeria species.

Quick Facts About This Feed

• Specially formulated for feeding to calves from 3 days of age up until weaning
• Feed ad lib, starting with small amounts increasing gradually up to 1kg per calf per day depending on the age and weigh
• Calves can be weaned when eating 1kg of meal each day for three consecutive days.
• Ensure that fresh feed is offered at least daily and that fresh clean water is available at all times.

Recommended Feeding Rate

Feed 500g Sgt Dan PREMO CALF MEAL per 45kg calf to provide 1mg/kg lasalocid per day. Typically, this will be fed at 2kg per head per day, but can be fed up to 4kg per head per day.
