Sgt Dan Autumn Orange Dairy Pellets are a moderate energy, grain based feed designed to complement autumn pasture.
Sgt Dan Autumn Orange Dairy Pellets are formulated to provide a source of macro and trace minerals required by dairy cows in late lactation, on pasture based diets or diets supplemented with wholecrop silage, palm kernel meal or other feeds.

  • Typically fed at 2kg per head per day, this feed can be fed at up to 4kg per head per day.
  • This product is designed to be fed through an in-shed feeding system (or similar) where intakes per cow can be controlled.
  • Exercise caution if high levels of other starchy feeds (e.g. wholecrop silage) are being fed at the same time.

When fed at 1kg per cow per day this diet provides:

  • 10g of calcium (equivalent to 30g of limestone)
  • 6g of magnesium (equivalent to 11g of magnesium oxide)
  • 2.5g of sodium (equivalent to 6.5g of salt)
  • 500mg zinc, 150mg manganese, 200mg copper, 6mg iodine, 5mg cobalt, 4mg selenium, vitamins A, D3 and E.
