Amino Pro Calf Pellets
Contains 135mg/kg Lasalocid as 675 mg/kg BovatecĀ® 20% (A9679) as an aid in the control of coccidiosis caused by Eimeria species.
A premium calf starter feed, formulated using a combination of high quality protein meals supplemented with added essential amino acids. Sgt Dan AMINOPRO CALF PELLETS provides all the amino acids required for optimal growth and development of the young calf, in the correct ratios, ensuring efficient utilisation of protein and energy and lowering excess nitrogen excretion. New Zealand grown grains ensure high starch levels to support early rumen development. Essential fat soluble vitamins A, D and E are included at elevated levels to help support early immunity. Macro and trace minerals are included at levels shown by the latest research to help optimise early life growth and skeletal development and support lifetime productivity. Organic sources of zinc, manganese and selenium are included to improve bioavailabiltiy of these key nutrients.
Quick Facts About This Feed:
- Specially formulated for feeding to calves from 3 days of age up until weaning.
- Feed ad lib, starting with small amounts, increasing gradually up to 1kg per calf per day depending on the age and weight.
- Calves can be weaned when eating 1kg of pellets each day for three consecutive days.
- Ensure that fresh feed is offered at least daily and that fresh clean water is available at all times.
Recommended feeding rate:
Feed 330g Sgt Dan AMINOPRO CALF PELLETS per 45kg calf to provide 1mg/kg lasalocid per day.
